Warranty Information
The Solid Surface Creations cutting board is warranted to be free of all latent material and manufacturing defects for 5 years from the date of customer receipt. Damage caused by physical or chemical abuse or damage from excessive heat will not be warranted.
If a latent material or manufacturing defect is discovered during the warranty period, please contact Solid Surface Creations. Solid Surface Creations reserves the right to either repair or replace the product with one of similar quality. If the warranty claim is denied, Solid Surface Creations will inform the purchaser in writing within 10 (ten) days of receipt. You may then choose for the board to be returned to you or purchase another board for the original price. When the warranty claim is approved, the repaired or replaced product will be returned to you.
To obtain a “return material authorization” (RMA) number, contact Solid Surface Creations at the e-mail address listed below. If available, the product is to be returned in the original shipping container or in a similar type of secure protective container with a return address noted. The purchaser is responsible for the shipping cost to return the product for warranty service.
